Established in 2011, Lykos Properties, LLC began as the real estate holding company for the office building that serves as home to The Lykos Group, Inc. Its role has since expanded to include residential income properties, select commercial holdings, development partnerships, and luxury spec home investments throughout Southwest Florida.
As these ventures have grown, Lykos Properties has become the entity through which the legal, financial, and insurance aspects of these projects are established and managed. In certain projects, Lykos Properties may also participate as an investor, aligning its role beyond construction and into the long-term success of the investment itself.
